A typical example of this is the recent “rejuvenating” of our design and optimization software, which was last upgraded to one of the most advanced packages in 2003, with regards to application and efficiency. A part of this process has been to create the ability for the design and optimization software to “talk” to the software on our computerized production equipment. The net result is improved accuracy and thus greater quality and cost efficiency.
The phenomenal growth experienced by the company over the last period has led to the recent appointment of a General Manager. The primary objective of this function, which reports directly to the owners, is to focus on taking the company to the next level of service excellence. Our primary objective is to improve our high standard of Quality, Service levels and Value to the various sectors of the market in the Western Cape.
